it’s tough enough out there in the dating world but I’ve come to a tough conclusion about dating single parents and who to stay away from. Single parents come in all flavors. However not all are equal. The single mother who was walked out on by her husband is a good person to date. they have morals and really didn’t want the relationship to end but had no choice but to be a single parent. What i have a problem with are the single parents who were grown adults and had unprotected sex and just wanted a baby or really don’t care that the baby’s father isn’t in the picture or just decided that they were not the happiest in their marriage and went looking for the grass is greener. The single fathers who had an affair and left their marriage you should stay away from as well. I think that’s why it’s so hard to trust a single parent dating. you don’t know what their motives are or if they’re ok or just careless. agree or disagree?
and to all you single moms out there that it wasn’t really your choice to be a single mom but because he beat you up or left you when you wanted a stable family. I applaud you all.

I care for his daughter’s welfare, but it feels I’m in the middle of a battlefield….Is there an upside? What other reasons do you have for not wanting to get involved with a parent w/child that is not your own? I can’t decide whether or not to keep seeing the Dad. Please share your stories….good and bad. I need to know as many opinions as possible.

Can they do anything If my parents take me to the police as I got caught going to stay over at his house?
He was going to sleep downstairs
His mom knew but my parents didnt
IT WAS MY FAULT NOT HIS!

Can they get in trouble with the police In the uk or is it my choice?
Oh also, his mom can’t get in trouble for knowing can she?
Apparently my dad can press charges on them?
I turn 16 on December 9th
He turns 18 on April 12th

or, more or less, mentioned they didnt like children but was a good person to the children, civil to them. And Dose he He have to enjoy children?

Should single parents only date after their children are older? Should they not date at all? Should they date whenever they want?

Ok I kinda want to date this senior in highschool. Im a freshman. I really like this guy and I know he wouldnt just have his way with me. He is already my friend and I trust him. I have mentioned dating older guys to my parents and they freak out. How could I tell/convince them to let me date this senior?

I went on a date with a man that just turned 29 and I’ll turn 21 in less than a month. I just got out of a long relationship, but ready to get over him. I am very independent, own my own house, with two jobs. He lives at home with his parents. He says its because his student loans are like a house payment. He is a chiropractor. Would this work out? What are some pros and cons of an older man? (don’t like the fact he still lives at home)

I’m a sophmore and me and this senior like eachother. When I mentioned him to my parents I told them he was a senior. They laughed and had this whole your not dating him attitude. How do I convince them to let me date him and atleast give him a chance.
